International Code Flag Practice Test 1

posted in: Code Flag Tests | 0

In an attempt to give you more code flag practice, and to understand how we run code flags at Rock River Regatta, we are going to try and post-practice sheets on a semi-regular basis until Rock River Regatta in June.

At Rock River Regatta ALL UNITS complete the code flag competition at the same time. Teams can be 1-4 people. You’ll receive a 4-page test. The first page will be all 36 letters and numbers. The next 2 pages are messages, and the last page will be matching code flags to their meanings. You’ll have 2 minutes and 30 seconds to identify as much as you can.  Don’t worry if you don’t finish, your units 1-4 tests will be combined for a score.

The test we are posting at this time does not have the last page of code flags and their meanings.

For those of you who are attending WAM, this next Saturday. I will have physical copies of this test that we used at a past RRR event. Please note the flag style has changed from rectangular to square at this time.

Best of Luck!
